Manage your profile, preferences, privacy settings, and account details.

Your Profile

Your profile contains your personal information visible within the app.

Viewing Your Profile

  1. Click on your name or the profile icon in the menu
  2. Select "Profile" to view your details

Editing Your Profile

  1. Go to your Profile page
    Navigate to your profile from the menu.
  2. Click Edit
    Enter edit mode for your profile.
  3. Update your information
    Change your name, contact details, or other information as needed.
  4. Save changes
    Click Save to update your profile.

Trainer Connection

For PDIs: Connecting to a Trainer

  1. Get your trainer's PIN
    Ask your trainer for their unique Trainer PIN.
  2. Go to "Change Trainer"
    Find this option in the menu.
  3. Enter the PIN
    Type in your trainer's PIN code.
  4. Confirm the connection
    Your account will now be linked to your trainer.

Changing Your Trainer

If you need to switch to a different trainer:

  1. Go to "Change Trainer"
  2. Enter your new trainer's PIN
  3. This will replace your current trainer connection
Note

You can only be connected to one trainer at a time. Your historical logs and observations are preserved when you change trainers.

For Trainers: Your Trainer PIN

Your unique Trainer PIN is displayed on your dashboard. Share this with PDIs who you're training so they can connect to you.

Notifications

Manage how and when you receive notifications:

Viewing Notifications

  • Click the bell icon to see recent notifications
  • Unread notifications appear with a badge count
  • Click any notification to see details or take action

Managing Notifications

  • Mark as read - Click to dismiss individual notifications
  • Mark all as read - Clear all unread notifications at once
  • Delete - Remove notifications you no longer need

Privacy & Data (GDPR)

myPDI takes your privacy seriously. You have control over your data.

Privacy Settings

Go to GDPR Settings to manage your privacy preferences:

  • Review what data is collected
  • Manage consent preferences
  • Control marketing communications

Exporting Your Data

You can download a copy of all your data:

  1. Go to GDPR Settings or Privacy Settings
  2. Click "Export My Data"
  3. Your data will be prepared for download
  4. Download the file when ready

Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your account:

  1. Go to GDPR Settings
  2. Click "Request Account Deletion"
  3. Confirm your request
Important

Account deletion is permanent. All your data including logs, observations, and progress history will be removed and cannot be recovered.

Subscription

Manage your subscription plan and billing:

Viewing Your Subscription

  1. Go to "My Subscription" from the menu
  2. See your current plan, status, and renewal date

Upgrading or Changing Plans

  1. Go to Subscription Plans
  2. Browse available plans
  3. Select the plan you want
  4. Complete the checkout process

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Go to "My Subscription"
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm your cancellation

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Display Settings

Dark Mode

myPDI supports dark mode for comfortable viewing in low light:

  • Auto - Follows your device's system setting
  • Light - Always use light mode
  • Dark - Always use dark mode

Look for the theme toggle in the menu or settings.
