Messaging Best Practices
Be Clear and Concise
Get to the point quickly. If you need a detailed discussion, consider arranging a call or meeting.
Respond Promptly
Try to reply to messages within a reasonable time. If you can't respond fully, a quick acknowledgement shows you've seen the message.
Use for Appropriate Topics
Messaging is great for:
- Quick questions
- Scheduling and logistics
- Sharing resources
- Following up on observations
Keep Records Professional
Remember that messages create a record. Keep communication professional and relevant to your training relationship.
