Pricing questions answered
We haven't set a hard end date for beta. We'll give users plenty of notice before any pricing changes — at least 30 days. Beta testers will not be charged without explicitly opting in to a paid plan.
All your data — observations, logs, progress — stays with you. We will not delete data or cut off access without notice. You'll have the option to export your data at any time.
We're still deciding. Our goal is to make myPDI accessible to every PDI — many of whom are self-funding their training. We're exploring options including a limited free tier and a straightforward low-cost subscription.
Yes — trainer and PDI accounts are separate. We plan to price them separately too, recognising that trainers and PDIs have different levels of usage and different budgets. Full pricing details will be published before launch.
